1. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered:

  • Digital products : delivery by email within 24 to 48 hours .
  • Physical products : delivery within 4 to 6 working days .

1.2. Where are the products shipped from?

Operations are managed from our headquarters in Switzerland, but we have partner printers all around the world.

- Products for American customers are manufactured and shipped mainly from USA or Canada.

- Products for European customers are manufactured and shipped from Europe , mainly from France , Germany and Switzerland.

- Products for Asian, African and Oceanian customers are manufactured and shipped from their respective continent.

This allows us to guarantee product quality, optimize delivery times and reduce the carbon footprint of our shipments.

1.3. What file formats will I receive for digital products?

For digital products, you will receive your files in Ultra HD 300 DPI PDF and PNG formats. These formats are ideal for digital use or for printing in very large formats while maintaining exceptional quality.

1.4. Can I print the digital files and frame them?

Yes, the digital files in PDF and PNG Ultra HD 300 DPI format are designed for high-quality printing, even in very large formats. You can print them, frame them, and use them as decoration according to your preferences.

1.5. How much are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the products and the destination of your order. The exact amount of the costs will be displayed when you validate your basket.

1.6. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You will be able to follow the progress of your package in real time.
